Directed a variety of design-focused projects and live events for this top boutique law firm, and its affiliated mock trial facility.

  • • Updated and launched the firm website, managing visual and written content, and coordinating with developers, IT, and Cybersecurity.

    • Produced all branded collateral, physical and digital business cards, and email signatures, applying the firm’s recent brand refresh.

    • Designed, planned and held live events, including upscale cocktail parties, group dinners, and VIP access at the San Francisco Giants.

    • Fielded daily requests and emails from 50+ attorneys and 50+ professional staff, located both on-site and throughout the country.

    • Reported to the CEO, co-managing partners, and executive director, also working directly with the firm’s 20+ partners.

LEAD INTERACTIVE GRAPHIC PRODUCER | Hogarth Worldwide

Sunnyvale, CA | Remote | December 2021 – April 2023

Working exclusively on Apple.com, I led a team of four production artists on over 30 project launches.

  • • Managed interactive graphic production for the creation and / or updates of all web pages related to Privacy, Values, and iOS Services.

    • Oversaw projects through their full life spans, from initial kickoff meetings through production, launch, and post-launch.

    • Led three graphic artists and one senior artist, producing web-ready graphical assets to meet the highest standards of quality.

    • Conducted meetings, assigned and reviewed all work from the team, and maintained detailed project trackers and digital filing systems.

    • Interfaced directly with Apple’s designers, developers, and managers, both at regular check-in meetings, and individually through Slack.

    • Met with the other team leads, along with my managers, to improve existing workflows, and wrote scripts for internal training videos.

Oversaw marketing efforts for this lifestyle brand, and its main subsidiary, cannabis company Bumblebee Vape.

  • • Redesigned and managed both the website and social media accounts, and created visual content including photography.

    • Developed a web tool to search product availability statewide, and partnered with the sales team to track inventory.

    • Updated existing product packaging and labels, with a focus on clearly-marked information and efficient production.

    • Coordinated with vendors, based in both the US and China, to source large-scale product and packaging orders.

    • Created marketing materials, including vehicle-based ads, apparel, signage, and product displays, for trade shows and sponsored events.

CALIFORNIA REGIONAL MARKETING MANAGER | JDRF

San Francisco, CA | Remote Hybrid | August 2013 – August 2014

Oversaw all marketing efforts throughout California for this Type 1 Diabetes non-profit organization.

  • • Fielded requests for marketing materials from 10 chapter offices throughout the state, working collaboratively with other managers.

    • Produced collateral, both printed and digital, for large-scale Walk to Cure T1D events, including customized maps, signage, and emails.

    • Designed all aspects of several high-end gala benefits featuring live auctions, with unique visual themes for each event.

    • Built a series of design templates, along with a project request form to streamline workflow, which were standardized company-wide.

Newport Beach, CA | Remote | May 2017 Launch

Contributed to the redesign of this hair salon's Instagram page.

  • • Gathered information on all local competing businesses, to determine their key selling points.

    • Produced a visual guide, indicating the strengths of each competitor's Instagram page, and how they might best be leveraged.

    • Focused the redesign on high-quality images of clients, staff, plants, and the salon itself, with a light and bright look.
