  • • Refreshed existing logos and one-sheets with original designs, while adhering to the brand’s style guide.

    • Built editable templates of these updated designs, and established an online filing system and a project tracker for visibility.

    • Coordinate with the Communications Director and the Digital Marketing Manager to map the project pipeline.

USER MANUAL DESIGNER | Rock The Bike

Emeryville, CA | Remote Hybrid | December 2017 – August 2019

Designed and copy-edited user manuals across 12 bike-related products, partnering with the sales and engineering teams.

  • • Outlined and produced all instruction manuals, establishing editable InDesign templates in the process for future updates.

    • Designed layout files for both print and digital use, edited all copy, optimized photos, and created custom illustrations.

    • Coordinated among various departments, and worked individually with staff, tracking updates via email and editable documents.

    • Produced custom-branded wheel art for the hardware products, working directly with clients to proof and finalize their designs.

BENEFIT GUIDE DESIGNER | Woodruff Sawyer

Produced high-volume employee benefit guides for a range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies, at this insurance brokerage.

  • • Optimized benefit guides ranging from 50 – 100+ pages, for both print and digital, with interactive tables of contents and external links.

    • Customized each project to client brand specifications, using detailed style guides, while applying my own design sensibilities.

    • Copy-edited all documents, performing quality control reviews for each proofing round, while coordinating with a project manager.

    • Built templates and visual instructions for internal use, which significantly improved workflow from one year to the next.

    • Clients Included: Technicolor, Eugenus, CalOptima, Grosvenor, BPM LLP
